My name is Dr. Greg Wiedman and I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in Dr. David Perlin’s Laboratory at the Public Health Research Institute at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.  I did my PhD research at Johns Hopkins University with Dr. Kalina Hristova and in close collaboration with Dr. Peter Searson of JHU and Dr. William C Wimley of Tulane University Medical School.  My work focuses on ways to develop and improve high-throughput biomolecular screens for molecules that can be useful for medical sciences, bioremediation, and clean energy.  I also greatly enjoy cooking for people and will most likely discuss recipes and science-related food topics.
